I work with founders, product leads, and engineers to shape new products and improve existing ones. I map out the logic, explore alternatives, and make the case for design decisions—then carry them through to detailed interfaces and reusable systems.
Beyond individual projects, I've built design functions from zero — hiring and leading small teams, setting up process and design systems, and reviewing work through to engineering handoff.
